Why are we doing a Twitter contest?

pocketnow.com does a lot of "tweeting" in our Twitter feed, so we want as many of our readers as possible to join in. Here's why our feed is valuable to you:

1. Get exclusive content. We post stuff on Twitter that never hits the page here...interesting links, quick tips, etc.

2. See stories early. We often write articles and posts in advance so that the flow of content is smooth during the day. You can see our posts early on Twitter, right after we write them.

3. It's fast. In each "tweet" we post a short description of the story. That way, you can save time finding stories that interest you by scanning our Twitter feed.

So how do you win the Samsung Omnia?

Quite simply, follow us on Twitter! To do so, you will need to register a free account if you don't yet have one. Then, be sure to get started by following your family and friends, or other websites that interest you. It's a really great tool to connect.

On Friday, 13 March, we will post a link on our Twitter feed to a hidden page on pocketnow that will allow you to enter the contest. You will only have 8 hours to do so before the contest closes. On Saturday, 14 March, a winner will randomly be chosen. And yes, this contest is open to international readers =D.
