HOW TO ENTER
Giveaway #2 will start Monday, May 25, 2009. To enter, all you have to do is post a Twitter update (or Tweet) with the following text:

The last day to enter giveaway #2 is Friday, May 29, 2009, at 5:00pm PST. On the following Monday, the two winners, who will be drawn at random, will be announced via Twitter message. If you win, to claim your prize just send a direct message to BEHRINGER via Twitter with your real name and your address. To be eligible, you must be in the US or Canada. For any other rules and fun legal stuff, see below.
Official Rules
Must be at least 18 years of age to enter. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.
1. The drawing is sponsored by BEHRINGER North America, Inc., P.O. Box 1559, Bothell, WA 98041("Sponsor").
2. The drawing is open to any adult (over 18) legal resident of the U.S. or Canada (except Puerto Rico and Quebec). Employees of BEHRINGER, its affiliates and agents, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible to participate or win. The drawing is void where prohibited or restricted.
3. You may enter the drawing by sending a Twitter message containing: @BEHRINGER Upgrade My #Podcast Giveaway (limit one (1) online entry, per valid Twitter account, per eligible person per week). By entering into the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the use by Sponsor of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice, performance and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media and without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
4. This drawing begins on May 25, 2009 and ends on May 29, 2009. All entries must be received on or before May 29, 2009, 5:00 PM PST. Notification of winning will be provided only by Twitter update on BEHRINGER’s Twitter account at http://twitter.com/behringer. Late or incomplete entries will not be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for modem or other internet connection failure or for incomplete, garbled or delayed online transmission. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor.
4. A winner will be drawn at random to receive one PODCASTUDIO FireWire Bundle prize. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. For purposes of compliance with tax regulations, cash prizewinners must provide their Social Security numbers or taxpayer IDs to claim the prize. Only the winner will need to provide this information.
5. The winner will be selected from among all qualified, timely entries in a random drawing to be held within seven days after the entry deadline. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted a winning entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the Twitter account specified in the entry.
6. The winner will be notified via Twitter update notice on BEHRINGER’s Twitter account at http://twitter.com/behringer. The winner will be required to respond to BEHRINGER via Twitter direct message to claim the prize, and may additionally be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement. If the winner does not respond within 10 days of the video notice posting from BEHRINGER, or if the winner fails to sign and return any required documents, an additional notification will be sent to the winner by Twitter reply or direct message. If the required response is not obtained from the selected winner by the date specified in the second Twitter message notification, or if the selected winner is ineligible or otherwise fails to properly claim the prize, a replacement winner will be drawn at random. Some restrictions may apply. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or portion(s) thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
7. By participating in the drawing, you agree that Sponsor will have no responsibility whatsoever for losses or damages of any kind that result from acceptance, possession, or use of the prize or entry in the drawing, and you further agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor (and its agents and representatives) from any losses, damages, claims, and liabilities arising in connection therewith. Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor will not be liable for: (a) late, lost, incomplete, or improperly transmitted entries, notices, forms, or other correspondence; (b) any electronic, network, or other technical error, malfunction, or unavailability; (c) any conditions caused by events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control; and (d) any typographical errors in materials associated with the drawing. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the drawing at any time if any technical problem or outside tampering corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the drawing.
8. All issues and questions concerning the construction validity interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of any entrant or Sponsor shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington. As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, participant agrees that all disputes be resolved by one arbitrator in King County, Washington, through the services of either JAMS or ADR Services, Inc., or other mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution services
